We are excited to have a wonderful opportunity to bring our community together to create a lasting and meaningful piece of public art, which will be titled Who We Are. During this after school program, children in grades K-5 will have an opportunity to create their own glass and ceramic tiles that will be added to a larger mosaic mural created by the entire community. Artist Terry Zigmund will guide participants through this process of color exploration, personal expression, and artistic creation. The final collaborative piece will become public art on display at the library - something that children will be able to recognize as having helped create for years to come!
