Get ready for summer bike riding and decorate your bike for the 4th of July at this fun and informative event for all ages! The Carpenter-Carse Library parking lot will be sectioned off for bike riders to drop in and visit the bike washing station, check their tire pressure, learn bike safety tips, decorate bikes for the 4th, enjoy snacks,  visit with friends, and practice bike riding skills that may have grown rusty. No registration required.
