Make CUPCAKES AND EXCAVATE MINI ARCHEOLOGY SITES with CCL Librarians!

All ages; Registration required. This is a drop-off program, and caregivers are welcome to stay and enjoy the Program and assist young participants.
Program Description:
In one of our favorite programs of the Summer, CCL’s own Judy Curtis will assist participants in making their very own dinosaur themed cupcakes! Then kids will join CCL staff in excavating their own authentic dig sites, featuring real artifacts provided by our friends at the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum.
America’s 250th Family Trivia

Registration required. This is a family event and includes kids of all ages.

Let's play some Family Trivia! We will provide the fun and snacks, all we need you to do is sign up and bring your family and your awesome knowledge of US History!
Community potluck and art unveiling

All ages; No registration required. This event is designed for whole family participation!
Program Description:
Join us for a celebration of community, creativity, and America’s 250th anniversary! We will kick off the event by unveiling the community art project lead by Terry Zigmund followed by live music, a pot luck, and a visit from The Scoop ice cream truck. We invite you to bring a shareable dish.
Dino Puppet Show

Uncovering shipwrecks with the Lake Champlain Maritime museum!

Ages 8-14; Registration required. This is a drop-off program, and caregivers are invited to stay.
Program Description:
The maritime museum is coming to CCL! Join us for a hands-on program where we will learn about underwater archeology then put our newfound knowledge to use to uncover shipwrecks in Lake Champlain.
