Mindfulness with Peggy Dippen

Are you curious about cultivating a greater capacity for awareness and self-reflection? Are you interested in learning skills to create a deeper understanding of self, others, and the human condition? If so, then some mindfulness & meditation classes just might be the thing for you!

This one-hour introductory workshop will introduce you to some basic Buddhist principles and offer a few exercises to get you started for beginning an at-home practice. Depending on interest, further study workshops may be offered. Sign up at the circulation desk or email rachel@carpentercarse.org.
