In a fun and playful environment participants will be guided on a movement journey accompanied by a variety of music styles. One’s physical strength, stamina and flexibility will improve along with one’s mental and spiritual well being. In other words,
moving just feels good. This class welcomes all body types and abilities. No prior dance experience is necessary.
The class is Saturdays in September from 10:30 to 11:30 at Carpenter-Carse Library. It is FREE. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water to drink.
