Kat Moody from Chittenden Solid Waste District will talk about the importance of composting, the components of a compost pile, the composting process (backyard vs. industrial), and what materials are accepted at Green Mountain Compost. You'll also have a chance to learn about why we no longer accept compostable foodware. Finally, we will have a question portion at the end!
