Jim’s innovative and influential style of coaching and facilitation stems from over 25 years of management experience in Human Resource and Organization Development. He is an inspirational teacher, facilitator, writer and coach, committed to helping individuals commit live from passion, claim their purpose, act with power, and achieve their dreams. Jim works with individuals in career transition and those frustrated in their current position to discover and manifest the work they love. As a transformational coach Jim helps people identify and overcome limiting beliefs and manifest their heart-felt desires from the inside out.

Jim’s first book, Creating and Living Your Purpose, helps individuals identify their unique purpose in life and the success strategies to create work they love. In his second book, Take Charge of Your Life, Jim identifies seven steps to claim authority over circumstances and be in the driver’s seat of their career and life. Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, and his Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Whitworth College in Spokane, WA. Jim resides in Vermont, and enjoys hiking, photography, classical music, and traveling.
